REFUND POLICY

Our menu features our own delicious, innovative version of your favorite South and Central American foods, including Bowls, Burritos, Empanadas and more.
Online orders may be placed for in-store pickup or curbside pickup
Online credit card transactions cannot be refunded or voided through this website. Once an order is submitted to Andale Latino Grill, any requests for refunds shall be resolved at, and is the sole responsibility of, Andale Latino Grill , and must be done within 24 hours after placing the order. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
A guest shall request a refund from the manager at the Andale Latino Grill either in person or over the phone or email. The original receipt must accompany all refund requests and any credit cardholder must present a valid ID for all credit card transactions. Refunds will be issued to the same card that was used in the original purchase. A cash refund will not be provided. In certain cases, we may offer a guest a store credit in the dollar amount of such refund. Any transactions shall occur in US dollars only.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our transport layer security software (TLS) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
